Maegan Gonzales is an interdisciplinary southern artist, writer, certified yoga instructor, and educator. Her writing has recently appeared in Bear Review, Sprung Formal, SWWIM Every Day, and Sundog Lit. She was born in south-central Texas and lives in Lake Charles, Louisiana where she teaches in the English and Foreign Languages department at McNeese State University and serves as faculty sponsor for the So You Like To Write student organization. She performs locally with Lake Charles Little Theatre and offers Yoga Under the Oak twice a month at Imperial Calcasieu Museum year-round. Explore this site to learn more.
